It was so incredible to see many of our members, friends, and staff at our 50th-anniversary celebration last week! It was a wonderful celebration of the five decades of incredible change and resiliency of 9to5 and what is to come.

It was a full circle moment for me to celebrate with the founders of 9to5, Ellen Cassedy and Karen Nussbaum, and our future leaders, Mica Whitfield and Ashley Panelli. 9to5 has been and will continue to be a catalyst for change for working women of color. I am thankful for having been part of that change and will keep rooting for 9to5 in all you do!

In Solidarity,
Leng Leng Chancey

9to5 on the Hill

For our 50th anniversary, 9to5 celebrated on the evening of 9/25 by honoring our founders, our current and future leaders, members, partners, and friends in Washington D.C. But that morning staff and members travel to Capitol Hill to speak to our representatives about what our members and partners need. View photos and learn more about our visit on our blog!
