What Information 9to5 Collects and How It Uses That Information:
9to5’s registration forms for its advocacy alerts and actions, to purchase 9to5 materials, or to donate to 9to5 require you to give it contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar information. 9to5 may also obtain information regarding your use of the Sites and their offerings. 9to5 uses this information to fulfill your requests with respect to 9to5’s offerings, support the activities of 9to5 and improve its Sites and offerings. If you sign up for the membership network, 9to5 may from time to time use your email address to contact you regarding 9to5 and issues and activities of likely interest to you. 9to5 does not share or sell its lists of contacts gathered online or lists of donors who have given online or offline with other organizations, except, in certain instances, with organizations affiliated with 9to5 and third-party vendors as described below.
