Fight for worker justice.

From our beginnings we have always pushed for fair workplaces that include just wages, better work-family policies, and safe and stable environments free of harassment.

We advocate for policy change and launch organizing campaigns on issues such as paid family/medical and sick leave; family-supporting jobs; pregnant workers’ rights; protections for contingent workers and fair scheduling; pay equity and equal pay; sexual harassment awareness and prevention; equal opportunity; higher wages; expanding EITC.
