9to5 Georgia and the Respect GA Workers Alliance are supporting HB 381, a workplace protection bill, and we need you to take action to urge legislators to support the legislation.
HB 381 would extend workplace protections against harassment to private sector workers in Georgia, protections that workers currently do not have. Georgia is currently one of three states without a law protecting private sector workers, resulting in workers without recourse in many instances of harassment or discrimination on the job. Georgia needs a state law that provides clarity on employee and employer responsibilities to ensure respectful workplaces free from discrimination and harassment.
