We’ve had enough – enough of missing paychecks to care for ill family members, enough of losing income in order to have time to heal after birth or to bond with a new baby, and enough of needing surgery and having to go back to work too soon just to pay the bills.

We – working women of color and our families – have the momentum to make big changes in our communities and demand paid leave. We are excited about the work our members, staff, and partners in Colorado, Georgia, and Wisconsin and across the country are doing to achieve this goal and know that there is much more to come!
