This was the first year the 9to5 Action Network participated in a national action for Equal Pay Day. The action for equal pay was a project to get members to finish the quote “Equal Pay=” with their own words, write it down on a sheet of paper and take a picture of themselves holding the quote. Members in 15 states participated in the action and submitted over 100 photos and quotes.

“Equal pay = means an equal opportunity to start a business.”
