9to5 Colorado is proud to have spearheaded a decade-long movement for mobile homeowners’ rights. Back in 2014, a neighborhood in southwest Denver watched as parks around them were bought out and fractured communities by displacing its residents. Determined to not have the same fate, residents at neighboring parks began organizing together to preserve their communities and their homes with the help of nonprofits.
