Just yesterday, the Senate debated two bills that would have further criminalized immigrant communities. Worse, a tie-decision in the Supreme Court last month led to a block on DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans), President Obama’s plan to keep 5 million immigrant parents safe from deportation to remain with their families.
Families can’t keep waiting. President Obama can still act now to protect children and their loved ones.
While Congress stalls on meaningful immigration reform, 9to5 joins immigrant communities and activists nationwide to call on the President to stop all deportations.
