On April 9, 2018, the Aurora City Council approved the creation of an 8- member task force to study the lack of affordable housing in Aurora and to make
recommendations of possible solutions to the displacement of mobile home park residents due to closures, rezoning, and redevelopment. Several members from 9to5 Colorado took part on the Task Force. This report contains a summary of the efforts of the Aurora Mobile Home Task Force (MHTF) as well as the Task Force’s findings and recommendations.
