9to5 Atlanta is proud to announce its 4th annual Community Internship Program (CIP). The CIP is an opportunity for members to learn how to organize around issues central to 9to5’s mission: ending employment discrimination, raising workers’ hourly wages, and passing flexible workplace policies. This year’s CIP will focus on our Fall Election Connection campaign. Applicants must be current 9to5 members involved with a campaign.
Interns are expected to work at 9to5 for ten hours a week for eight weeks and earn $100/week. See attachment for the 2012 CIP application. Applications due by Wednesday, August 1st. For more information contact vanessa@9to5.org or 404-222-0037.
